i really love this demo. it's a little bit philosophical and over the top, but so am i.
you'll hear this as a pretty obivous precursor to "how to delay a sunrise".

made this in September last year. it never felt like i wrote it, it just kind of came to be. wanted to capture the ambiguous tug of war between staying poised and chasing delusion.

oh, there's a secret alternate chorus in the left and right vocal layers in this demo. don't bother trying to figure it out, i know what it is and even i can't pick it out.
i titled the original demo "there's something here". i just had a good feeling about it from the beginning.

De Young day

daytrip to the De Young museum for the last day of the manga exhibition. i'm a slut for a day at the museum. favorites this time around:
traded a gachapon ice cream cone guy for a burger guy (willie). i won the trade. looking forward to watching him fade on my keychain.
Prubechu for dinner. lost my shit on some chicken wings and ate fried banana balls. love that for me!
